IPad and IPhone iCloud.

My main device is my iPad and I have recently gotten my first phone and my iCloud is synced up. I’am wondering if I should be able to see my phones battery on the home view batteries?

You configure the home screen to see the percentage -- Show the battery percentage on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
