My phone

 Hi , 

It will not let me update my iPhone 6s ,Plus it will not let me open my Instagram app I tried powering my phone on and off , I restarted my phone, I reseted my phone as well , I even deleted Instagram and it still won’t work is there anything y’all can do to help me out ?

Try the Following:

A. Troubleshooting not being Able to Login:

Contact the Developer: Instagram

Go Here: Help Center > Troubleshooting and Login Help > I Can't Log in - Instagram Support


B. Updating your iPhone

Backup first, then update. Use a PC or a Mac to Update it:

1. Backup First: Make a backup of your device using iCloud or your computer. That way you can have something to restore you iPhone from, should anything go wrong with the update installation.


2. Then, Update Using Links:

Disable Cellular when updating on the iPhone.
