AppleCare+ iPhone 12
Hi, I am going to purchase the iPhone 12 when available, I would like to insure it immediately.
What does the AppleCare+ actually provide you with now? *Any feedback on whether it's worth getting is welcome.
- Do you have it for 12 months or 24 months?
- Does it cover both theft and accidental damage?
- The call/contact support part of it now, is it actually any good? As previously I have struggled to get technical support from Apple and about to move to a city where there isn't an Apple store.
If someone could advise me it would be appreciated. If it covers 24 months I will definitely get it, but it's not really too clear (I think it used to be 24 months).
