Dual Sim issue on iPhone Xs!!!

I am facing issues using dual sim in Apple Xs whenever I use two sims i.e. Physical and eSim my phone start experiencing the network issues. Sudden Network Drop and Non availability of my either number and even the battery discharge issues.

Single sim works fines as expected but dual sim seems to have range of issues. I am at iOS 14 but no improvement either.
