at what % should i start charging macbook pro? and when it is 100% and plugged in, it does not uses battery, so should i leave plugged in always when i have chance?

I would not run it down to zero%
It will never over charge
If you are near the mains leave it plugged in, if you need portability then run on the battery. Following after that general rule use as you see fit.

I leave mine plugged in when convenient to do so. Neither your battery nor computer will be damaged by leaving it plugged in. Leaving it plugged in will reduce the rate of accumulation of battery cycles.
When I use mine on battery, I let it get between 20 and 40percent before charging. Otherwise it's on the charger. The battery is now seven years old and still has 90% health.
