I just got my new AirPods Pro. When I tried the spatial audio function nothing happened. There aren’t any options for spatial audio in the settings app. I saw a similar post with the same problem, but that was on an iPhone 6S which doesn’t support spatial audio.

If you still don’t see it, forget your AirPods in Bluetooth.
Reser the AirPods and pair as a new device.
Same exact thing for me and my iPhone 8. I just picked up a pair of AirPod Pros for myself during Amazon Prime days and was thoroughly let down when I went to set everything up this evening and check out the spatial audio but the option wasn’t even showing up. The Apple page that shows you how to set everything up says that it should work for iPhone 7 and up. I guess it’s a good thing that I plan on upgrading to the 12 mini next month, but it’s still pretty disappointing that I can’t check out this exciting new feature now.
