blind copy emails not received

Does anyone know what or where I can look for whatever it is that is stopping me receiving the bcc emails from my son's school? They say I am on the list and they are delivered. But I never receive them and they are not in my spam. I've checked my email settings and can't see anything there as well as asking them to use different email addresses. Happens across all my apple devices (iphone8, iPad, MacBook Pro). The school are saying it must be an apple issue. Is it??
