iPad 10.5 Pro 2017 Shutdowns Randomly

my iPad started acting weird lately,

on random occasions he shuts himself down.

on different battery levels

and it mostly happens when the ipad is idle.

Is it an apple feature ?

saving aging ipad from dying...

or is it hardware malfunction?

Thank you 🙏🏻

Is the screen also going black as if battery has run down completely? When you turn back on, does it shut down again?

Try to Restart Your iPad

If this doesn't help:

I suggest you Restore Your iPad to factory setting to figure if maybe it's a hardware issue.

If this doesn't seem to help it, then I suggest you contact Apple Support to see if they can isolate the cause.
