All of my calls go straight to voicemail. My phone does not ring and I’m not receiving any phone calls. I can make calls and I can get FaceTime but I’m not receiving calls

Why do all my calls go straight to voicemail? I can make calls and I can receive FaceTime but I’m not getting no calls it’s just going straight to voicemail

Check for the following:

  1. The Silent Switch located at the top left edge of your iPhone. Look inside the switch. If the color red is showing then you have the silent switch set to ON. Set that switch to OFF.
  2. Do you have Do Not Disturb set to ON? Open Settings ➔ Do Not Disturb : Set this to OFF
  3. Do you have Silence Unknown Callers set to ON? Open Settings ➔ Phone ➔ Silence Unknown Callers: Set this to OFF
  4. If none of the above recommendations work or are set correctly then restart your iPhone. Open Settings ➔ General ➔ Shut Down.
  5. If point 4 (above) does not resolve then call your carrier and ensure that your account has been setup properly.
