My iPad has been stuck on an update for two hours. The white screen with the apple

I don’t have a clue what to do! Went to update today and it was very slow. It’s been stuck on the white apple screen with the download bar. Any help will be appreciated.

Software update 13.2.3 killed my iPad I downloaded software update 13.2.3 to my iPad and it is stuck on the white screen with an apple. I've tried hard restarts and the white screen just pops right back on again. How do I get my iPad working again?

iPad stuck on update Hello, I recently tried to update my iPad to the newest iOS but it just stalls out when it is almost complete. Even if I drain the battery and try to turn it on again it automatically will go to the update queue. It has been about a week and I have tried everything. Any advice or program that I can use to fix this? It is permanently stuck on the update. Restarting has not worked and neither has apeaksoft.
