So my mac restarted itself and the following report was given, I'm not sure where i can fin the root of the problem but if someone knows it'd be a lot of help

Follow all those instructions, and if the KPs persist, the possibility of a hardware fault becomes increasingly likely.


Most KPs are caused by hardware. Occasionally the report is definitive but most of the time it isn't. Even using Apple Diagnostics isn't conclusive, unless it definitively identifies a specific fault.

hi! I read that apple support page, but the message didn't say if there was a faulty app or software

That's the entire KP report, I copied it from the window that appears when you send the report to Apple.

I think maybe when i updated to Catalina 10.15.7 something might have gone wrong, because this has never happened before, and i didnt have any external devices connected, so I'm not sure what might have caused the KP report.
