Apple Watch storage
I need to free up some storage space on my Watch4 so I can load more music?

As above but my watch is not yet registering an error msg that storage is full. This means that the workarounds previously suggested don’t work for me. ie the facility to delete or reduce the amount of data used for each app is not accessible. And I can simply delete a number of other apps, but this is not the point..
