Trade in with broken screen

It might sound like a stupid question but it might fall between the cracks (if you allow me to use this term :))

Went to Apple site and looked how to purchase a Pro12. I want to trade in my iPhone XS Max that has a broken display.

Now, the website asks these questions:

Answer yes if all of the following apply:

• The touchscreen is free of cracks, chips, and scratches
• The cameras work

My screen does not have cracks or scratches and the camera works. But one time I dropped it and the display seems to be broken from the inside, making a black spot on the lower corner and a thin green line to the side all the way to the top.

So, being not cracked, if I answer YES will Apple give me the amount promised if I send it in?
