Today there was an update for Apple Watch about the ECG app. Still not showing on watch or phone or App Store. Obviously there is a problem as there wouldn't be an update for it. Anyone else got this problem? I have an Apple Watch series 3 and the app has been brilliant for years. I was on Apple support app on my phone for hours and after 5 or 6 helpers, still no ideas. Very frustrating as I use it every day.
You require an Apple Watch series 4 or above to use the ECG feature as it requires specialist hardware.

On your phone go to: Settings/General/Reset/Reset All Settings.
This will erase your settings (without losing any data) and will allow you to re-setup the health app and re-enable the ecg app.
No ECG on watch or App Store
