Hello - I am trying to delete my old corporate email account from my IPhone X but there is no delete option when going through the normal process mail -> accounts -> delete. It says "these settings are installed by the profile 'X'". Under general there is no "profile" option. Can someone help?

Do you show an MDM under general? You may need to contact your former employer.
No MDM. It's my current employer but they won't help me with a personal device.
