Apple TV will not allow me shut off music....under settings there is the option for on and no off?

How do I turn off music? Music interrupts video streaming, I never started music.

Apple TV 4K, tvOS 14

Open the music app, swipe over to Now Playing (in the top Menu) tap on the song to pause it
Or you can close the Music App by double tapping the tv button , swipe over to the music App, then swipe up to close the App
