Tricked and charged

I saw the app of Face Seer and downloaded it. That's about what I did and immediately I saw a charge of $69.99 on my credit card alert I thought that is for some other thing then finally googled and found out I was charged by the app I have no idea there was no price or purchase requirements were posted I am trying to find out how to dispute? On cancel subscription it says that you have the app for one year?

Please advice I have no number to call
