Why i am being charge with icloud storage of 2.99$ when i did not PERMIT the charges?
I am being charge with 2.99$ for icloud storage from my credit card with out informing me.

Did you upgrade your iCloud storage? If not, downgrade/cancel -- Downgrade or cancel your iCloud storage plan - Apple Support.
