iCloud songs won't download
Friend has an iPhone, iPad, and a Windows 10 PC. She has purchased many songs, and they all will download from the cloud to her phone and pad. On the PC, iTunes shows all of the songs with the "cloud" icon. They will not download, but I don't know the error code she's receiving. It's all under the same account, but at one time it was under a different email. I am concerned that if she syncs her phone or pad with the PC it'll wipe out all of her songs. It would be really nice if Apple made it so that you could, if you want, go from device to library instead of it being, as I see it, a one way street.
Any suggestions?
