my wife and i bought apple watches 6. my health info etc shows up on her watch. how can we separate them so her info is on her watch. we have the same apple id for our phones and watches

One apple id and two apple watches causing confusion and frustration! My single apple id account has worked for years with ability to cope with multiple devices shared by my family but now we have two apple watches it seems I have to create another apple id so that activity stats do not get mixed together. Is there another way? I do not want to have to tell my wife her new Apple Watch is causing havoc with my activity stats and her stats belong to me! Help with 2 Apple IDs and 2 watches but 1 Iphone I don't have an iPhone and won't get one until my phone is eligible for upgrade. My sweet girlfriend, who does have an iPhone, bought me an Apple Watch 3 for our anniversary thinking she could use her phone but my Apple ID (I have an iPad) and we could each use our watches with separate IDs and health info. We can't figure out if there's a way to do that, though. I don't care about her phone collecting any of my info or having access to the watch after I get it all set up. I just want it to not have all HER info such as age, height, weight, etc so I can track my own health stuff. Is there a way to do this? Help!

You must both have a seperate apple id or the problems you're having now will multiply by 10.
