Youtube App Missing in Camera Roll for Video Uploads

Why is the Youtube app shortcut no longer available when trying to upload a video straight to Youtube from the Camera Roll in iOS 14?

Is this a glitch or known change from YouTube?

My question is more aimed at whether or not this is a known error or issue with iOS 14 and going to be corrected in a future iOS update.
