iPhone 11 зависает и перезагружается

Добрый день. 2 месяца назад приобрела iPhone 11. С первого дня эксплуатации он зависает и самопроизвольно перезагружается. Есть видео, где видно данную проблему. Куда обратиться,чтобы этот деффект был устранен или телефон обменяли на новый?
