How to remove Apple ID cents?
Hi apple, I have a problem changing my region because I still got some few cents in my apple ID account. Can you remove the cents or in other words make it zero? Thanks

Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
