iPhone XR iOS 14.0.1

Whenever I connect my bluetooth I get a pop up on the bottom of my screen suggesting an app. How do I disable this feature?

Hello Correiracm,

We understand that you're looking to disable the pop up that shows when connecting to Bluetooth. We would recommend reviewing your Siri Suggestions, which are outlined here:

I appreciate your advice sterling r. That is the first place I checked when I first saw it happening. But it is not a Siri Suggestion setting. Mine are all off, were from the begining, and it still happens. I am starting to get the feeling this is not a Siri function but an OS feature that you can not disable.

Roku is not listed there as its not an app that uses Bluetooth. In my example in the picture above, it depicts Roku as an app I often use while connected to Bluetooth. Sometimes it suggest Sirius XM and other times Youtube. All depends on what app I've been using more lately. Its a suggestion based off an action I am taking (connecting to wireless buds) but is not Siri Suggestion related.

True but it is not that big of deal. If I could have turned it off cool but its not detrimental to my experience and I'd imagine many people would find it useful.

I post that almost reflexively. Lots of people get very stressed about this sort of thing and I like to give them an option. ;-)

I have the same issu and it’s very annoying. I feel it very intrusive and it looks like commercial pop-up / adds that are shown while using “cheap” apps.

To apple guys => we know what apps we have on our phones. No need to suggest us what we have been using recently or leave it to users with limited memory capabilities...
