If i already got rid of the phone, how do i unpair my apple watch?

If i already got ride of the original phone my Watch was paired to how can i unpair it from that phone and pair my new phone?

Apple Watch Series 3, watchOS 5

On a computer, go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

Go to Find Iphone.

Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase Apple Watch.

Select Next until the device is erased.

Click the remove button next to your Apple Watch.
