Found the section on Apple's support site discussing what was fixed, but there's no download link I could find.
iTunes keeps on failing to download for 'unknown reasons', figured to download it without using iTunes, but can't find the d/l link.
Any help?

iOS is downloaded either directly on the device in Settings->General->Software Update or through iTunes / Finder on a computer.
There is no separate download link, and you should not use any link from a 3rd party website.
