Apple TV+

Since I have purchased my Apple TV 4k box, that earned me a free year of Apple TV+, I have purchased several other Apple products that also come with a free year of Apple TV+. How can I use the purchase of one of those products to extend my subscription?

You can't. There is only one trial period for any given Apple ID or Family Sharing group.
