Dear Sirs, I have a problem with my iPhone 6. After reboot - iPhone started logged off my Apple ID. All tries to login failed. I enter login and password correctly. After that stops on screen "Entering in iCloud". After 30 second returns back to Settings screen without logging in.

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
If necessary
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
