Screen Issues

I've had this before, Last time this happened I took it to apple and I got the screen replaced. I also had the whole bottom replaced due to keyboard issues in January. So my computer is Brand new and its still happening. What should I do?

You mentioned you had some repairs done in January, but also refer to a brand new MacBook.

Is this the same MacBook that was repaired almost a year ago (but you've kept it in like-new condition) or is this a completely new MacBook?

If it is actually brand new, you should return it and exchange it if possible.

If not, try resetting the SMC first: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295

And in that case, if the screen and keyboard has already been replaced it probably has a logic board problem. I've seen similar issues on my older MacBook's with a graphics chip problem and Apple replaced the logic board - book an appointment with Apple.
