Then get the sim card replaced from the cellular provider.
Then you should take the phone with you to your cellular provider for help. It's a fact it will work with another provider. So it's not the phone. It's either the sim card or your phone is not provisioned correctly for the provider you've been using.
What is the EXACT error message you're getting?
Then you may have a phone which is locked to another provider. Are the sim cards you say the phone will recognize while from a different provider, the same different provider?
Sorry, should have said that I tried and it won't recognise any SIM cards from my provider but will from other providers
It will recognise from a couple of different providers and I don't think it can be locked to a provider as I have been using it with no problems for a number of months
Thanks, I tried that and they weren't able to help. I only have the SIM on contract so they could only offer to terminate my contract. Really appreciate your help though
