Arrow key is replaced by forward slash sign
Whenever I press on the forward arrow I got this \
I have other keys also replaced
I looked in the shortcuts, nothing is there.

Please reset the SMC 2-3 times back to back with no external peripherals connected like USB drives, printers, etc.... Then restart and retest. Please let us ether know the results. SMC Reset instructions link.
