First, please try forcibly restarting it by pressing the button on the top and the Home button (on the front, beneath the screen) at the same time, for several seconds. If that doesn't help, connect it to a computer and refer to the Apple support article If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen.
