iPhone 12 Pro SIM

I have an iPhone XS through Verizon and I am getting a company iPhone 12 Pro through Verizon as well. Are those SIMs able to be swapped?

Yes. The iPhone 12 uses the same sim card size as the iPhone XS.

You may still need to have Verizon provision the iPhone 12 for use on their 3G network beyond swapping the sim card however.
