Is the Mag Safe Charger work with the iPhone 11 pro max. Just want to know if it works even though the 11 model don't include this feature. I mean the iPhone 12 is a great phone but i don't really want to upgrade now.

No, it will not work. The iPhone 11 does not contain the required magnets for the MagSafe charger.
If you want to charge your iPhone 11 Pro Max wirelessly you would need to get a Qi certified charger etc.

Your answer certainly seemed like the correct one to me as well. There’s still a lot I don’t understand about MagSafe, so I’ve been trying to learn and just happened to press “Compatibility” after Apple’s announcement on Tuesday.
We’ll be seeing more MagSafe accessories soon, such as the one they announced that also charges an Apple Watch, so I suspect we’ll all learn more about this technology soon.
