Weird app

So this thing showed up when i got this app. It's a game not from apple. there was the app and then next to it was a darker version. And it won't let me delete it!

I just deleted the actual app and restarted my iPod and it worked.

Deleted app appeared again. Last month, I downloaded a game, played it in one day and then deleted it. I'm pretty sure that I deleted the app, not offload or remove from home screen or else. Yesterday, I downloaded another app, and it was all normal until today I found that the game was reinstalled on my iphone anh appeared right next to my new downloaded app. Is there a bug or my phone is hacked? How to I delete this app When I was watching TikTok I had a look at my apps and there was this app called scarlet. I didn’t know what it was but it was named as a Enterpise app. Please help how to delete it.
