I purchased the 2020 27" iMac with VESA mount adapter. What is a good quality desktop mount (not wall mount) articulating arm you can recommend that will work with that size and weight of display? I am short, so I need the ergonomic benefit of being able to adjust my monitor height. Thanks!
iMac Line (2012 and Later)
Ergotron products are very good quality. We have used Ergotron arms at home and in offices for years to support a wide range of displays as well as iMacs. Their LX line is but their other lines are also good. Be sure to check the specs of the arm you are looking vs the weight of your iMac 27 as the iMac is a bit heavier than a typical display. I've tried a number of lower-priced monitor arms and always been very disappointed compared to the Ergotron products.
Amazon also sells a couple Ergotron LX models under their "AmazonBasics" brand at a slightly lower price. These appear to be 100% identical products except for the brand label.
