How to restore file on ICloud

Hi, I worked at procreate app on my IPad and accidentally deleted one of the layers and closed my file, so i could not undo. I thought that maybe i can restore the file if it was backed up in iCloud. I don’t have PC or Mac, can I restore the file using IPad? And how to do so? Thank you.
