I can not get anything on Prime Video to load on my TV. I just keep getting an “error, please try again later message”. I have tried different things for two days- unplugged, reset, sign out and in. Nothing seems to work. What next?

Ok, so you won’t be able to update or reinstall the app. on that model.
The next thing to try is rebooting the wifi modem, if on wifi.
Is this on an Apple TV box & which model?
Yes it is the little box. It is an older model. It’s odd because a week ago it was connecting fine and I was able to watch Prime.
Looking at the pictures it is 2nd or 3rd generation.
