Applecare plus doesn't cover lost devices.
If you purchased the insurance coverage through Applecare Plus with theft and loss coverage, you have to file a claim through them.

Here is my question. Does anyone know how long it take to receive a replacement for a lost iPhone once a claim has been submitted to AppleCare Plus with theft & loss coverage.
