Payment issue with Apple Developer Program

Dear Sir/mam ,

I have enrolled for apple app developer program , I am having issues while making a payment for the 1 year membership program for the apple developer program . I have tried making a payment almost 6 times and tried different cards as well but that does not seem to work too . My cards are working fine too confirmed from my bank . When the payment process ( cards not charged ) is done i get an email for order acknowledgement and i see my order in my order section it says enrolment complete but after 24 hrs the order gets cancelled for some reason . Hope someone can help me resolve this problem, . I have tried calling the customer support but they don't seem to have a solution for this and not getting proper response by emails as well . I am not sure how to move forward from here . i Hope someone can help get this sorted .
