Why are my iPhone and iPad touch
That when my daughter downloads a game it shows on my iPhone that is downloading

I understand that a game that is being installed on your daughter's iPad is also being installed on your iPhone ... and you do not want this to happen, correct?
Turn OFF Automatic Downloads on your iPhone.
Go to Settings > App Store > Under Automatic Downloads ... toggle OFF Apps
