iOS 14.0.1 WiFI to mobile data network

Any body experience that when phone auto switching from WiFi to mobile data network, the mobile data network does not work even the signal showed 4G and full bar signal... it took a long while or turn on/off Airplane mode then only it will work.

I tried retest phone, reset network connectivity & take out sim...
