What is the most updated software for iPhone 6

My phone (iPhone 6) keeps stuck on iOs 12.4.8 saying that the software is up to date. However, some Apps wouldn't download as they require at least iOS 13.... Does iPhone 6 download iOS13?

It can't run higher than 12.4.8.

The iPhone 6 tops out at iOS 12.x, sorry. It won’t run iOS 13.

12.4.8 is the limit for that phone. If you need a newer iOS version, you will need a newer phone.
