It’s a network carrier lock not country lock. You need to contact the network to which the phone was originally connected and with the original SIM card onboard oh in the country of origin so its connecte to their towers and they can find it

You can then request an unlock for which their may be a charge and the network will begin the unlock process.

It's a carrier lock and only your carrier can remove it.
