hello i am trying to purchase i phone 12 pro.

When i insert the characteristic of my I phone 7 it said that i need to buy at full price ....Your current AT&T account type isn’t supported on apple.com......

unfortunately all the Apple shop are closed and i don't know what to do to get the rebuy.
