My mum and I share an ITunes Account but have different iCloud accounts. I can’t seem to restore a backup for her, as it keeps asking for my ITunes email (which my iCloud backs up to) and when I click it, it backs up my phones back up and doesn’t give me the option back up hers.
please help... she has lost everything and it’s quite devastating
