Of course, steps 1 and 2 are just too obvious, but step 3 is important because of SMC reset https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295.
Also reset NVRAM https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204063
If it doesn't come back, get an appointment in an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider for a proper diagnose.
