Cannot access my Facebook app

I can log into my Facebook from safari but everytime i try to log in with my app it says unexpected error has occurred it will not let me in to Facebook or messenger app only in my browser I have tried resetting my network settings still nothing I have reset password even tried deleting apps and re adding them and switched phone off and back on .. nothing please help

Facebook app not working!! please help! I cannot log in using the Facebook app for the past month . Says unexpected error every time. I can log in on my desktop without a problem so I know it is the app. I have deleted the app multiple times and when I reinstall the app icon always has a number 2 with it (like an unread alert or notification). I have off loaded it and reset my network settings as well. I have no clue what else I can do to fix this. My fb messenger does not work either. Same issue. This all happened when I updated the phone. Please help!!

Why does my Facebook app keep saying unexpected error??? Hi! My iPhone does not let me log into the Facebook app. It always gives me the “An unexpected error has occurred. Please try logging in again”. At first I believed this to be a Facebook error, but I am able to use said iPhone to log in with Safari, and can log into it on my laptop! I also recently upgraded my phone. I was excited thinking I was able to use the Facebook app, but as soon as I set up my iCloud it gave me the exact same error. I’ve tried absolutely EVERYTHING that the internet and other people have advised with 0 help. I don’t mind using safari to access my Facebook, but it limits everything including messenger, posting videos, etc. I am becoming very stressed.

facebook I cannot log into my Facebook app or messenger. I’ve changed passwords, deleted and reinstalled apps, reset network and clock..... nothing is working. I know my account is ok, because i can log in through safari. My iOS is up to date. App is up to date. Help!!! I just get a “unexpected error. Please try again”

Facebook is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support
