Contact with carrier
Hello, am sorry I was about to create my personal Hotspot but they asked me to contact with my carrier, I don’t know how to contact carrier and who is carrier . I need a help please

Carrier (or cellular provider) is the company who gave you the SIM card to use into your iPhone.
