account disabled

My account is disabled. Earlier this year I purchased the app IHealth not realizing that there was a cost of over $100.00 for that app. I disputed the charge with my bank and they gave me my money back. Since then my account has been disabled.

iPhone 11, iOS 13

If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
